Hey you,

I just wanted to stop by and leave you a note to thank you for adding me to your Dev watch at one point.

I have decided to leave Deviant Art for the time being, and I just wanted to let you know so you don't have a dead link on your watch. Just know that I appreciated you watching me and I hope to talk to you in the future.

Sorry for the generic message but it's going out to everyone who is currently watching me. I don't want to just "disappear" without a word. ;)

Thanks for the kind comments and the :+fav:'s

I knew that Bush game already and I think it's a great way of spreading the truth and also a fun way to learn it as well.

You see, USA has been causing conflicts and wars around the world since always, but they still manage to be seen as the poor guys. If you ask a patriotist who Bin Laden is, he'll say it's the son-of-a-bitch who attacked the US without no apparent reason and that he should die a slow and painful death. However, what he doesn't know is that a few years back, the US government financed the CIA on a teaching-project, where they teached Bin Laden torture and mass destruction techniques. He will also refuse to accept the fact that the Bin Laden troops used the knowledge acquired with the CIA to crash the planes against the Twin Towers.

Then try to talk to any patriotist about the Iran-Iraq war, back in the 1980's. Tell him about that time when the Reagan Administration, in 1985, agreed to secretly sell weapons to Iran to help them win the war. Tell him about all the times the US brought down democratically elected presidents (where most of the times, large numbers of innocent citizens got killed) just to help ditactors get in the power.

History thought us that, no matter what horrifying, selfish, stupid decisions the US makes, they're still always the victims trying to defend their castle. I thought it was about time some of these horrifying moments were shown without hiding the facts. No mercy, from now on.

To finish, I'd like to suggest a few movies and books. Go get them as soon as you can, they're deffinitely worth it:
Bowling For Columbine by Michael Moore
Steal This Movie by Robert Greenwald
Steal This Book by Abbie Hoffman
Stupid White Men by Michael Moore

Thank you once again.

i just found out about that game about two weeks ago from one of my friends. then yesterday when i was going through your latest deviations i was thinkin about the game, and how much it furthered my dislike for Bush and our countries past. im always learning new things about the stupid and contradictory things the US does. Its "walking" contradiction. we preach one thing but turn around and do the complete opposite. im always willing to learn new things about these issues. ive learned a lot from micheal moor *great man he is* and little tid bits from people here and there.
your by far my favorite person here on DA. not only is your art absoluley amazing but you teach people such important messages through it. you open peoples eyes to the truth. and to me thats one of the greatest acomplishments a person can have. yea there are a lot of really talented people here, but to have the knowledge, talent and courage to do what you do is far more amazing. anyway..
i actually own bowling for colimbine, i got it as soon as it came out...
ive really wanted to read and see his other works, and im waiting for when ferignheit (sp?) 911 comes out...
ill definatley look into getting the others though. thank you for the suggestions. :)
and for you...im not sure if you have this or not, but its very interesting. [link]

thank you again for everything

That's deffinitely one of the most amazing things anyone ever told me. Thanks you so much, really. :worship:

Also, nice to see you're on this side of the fence (I just realized I use that expression a lot). At the rate the world's going, we really need more people who fight the norm and the screwed up system we're having and do not accept it as it is. Thank you.
